Welcome to an exciting Scholars Ballet & Dance Programme
DANCE ENGINE is an exciting new Scholars Programme for passionate, talented young dancers designed to enhance their dance training alongside their current dance school.
This Programme is an intensive study course over approximately 5 Sundays per term for pre-vocational students who are considering auditioning for vocational dance colleges at 16 or 18. Entry is by audition.
Dance Engine Scholars will receive training in Ballet, Conditioning, Repertoire, Pas de deux, Contemporary and Musical Theatre and have the chance to work with industry professionals.
Classes are held in the beautiful new Dance Studio at The British Engineerium in Hove, complete with a separate event space for performances and onsite parking.
Dance Engine is organised and run by a partnership of professional teachers.
AUDITIONS
Sunday 4th May 2025
We will be holding two audition sessions:
Mids - 9:45am - 11:00am
Dancers from 10 - 13 years at Grade 4/5 and Intermediate Foundation level.
Seniors - 11:30am - 12:45am
Dancers from 14 years+ at Intermediate / Advanced Foundation level.
